Ho. Lee. HELL.

After months of hold-ups and over a week of slaving away (heh) at the drawing table, this beyond belated commission piece for Brianna is finally completed! Sorry this took so freakin' long!

I really feel like I went the extra mile for this picture. Working in all these tiny details like the sparkly beadwork, the embroidery, the coloring...even adding actual pupils to the eyes! :omg:

Yeah, even though I spent hours at a time just coloring in one girl or even just the tiger, I really enjoyed creating this image and just the time spent with it in general.

Oh, and before you ask, I might plan on opening up commissions and trade slots some time during November. Stay tuned! ;)

WOW it's so lush
i LOVE IT
and totally cute to see your style put on something you normally wouldn't draw from a culture or fashon standpoint
but it's amazing
AND THE TIGER IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!

Y'know, for a while, I never really thought I would end up drawing a full-scale Arabian/semi-Bollywood enfused theme but I really did have a lot of fun designing and coloring everything. Oh, and I'm so happy with how the little tiger cub turned out (it's been a long, loooong time since I've drawn animals). ;)
