DISCLAIMER: "The Simpsons" and its characters belong to Matt Groening and 20th Century Fox. "The Little Mermaid" (or at least this version) belongs to Disney.
Under the sea, under the sea, There'll be no accusations Just friendly crustaceans under the sea!
Okay, so I was watching "The Little Mermaid" two nights ago and I remembered that drawing of Lisa Simpson as a mermaid I did last year...then, my mind shifted to an old drawing I drew in high school of Milhouse as Flounder (the idea was highly amusing at the time).
Since I have nearly two weeks to go (!!!) until my trip to Disneyland, I decided to take some time out to draw a Simpsonized take on Disney's classic film. After all, "The Little Mermaid" is Lisa's favorite movie...that is until Homer taped over it with "The Odd Couple".
Oh, and a word of advice? Keep your old sketchbooks. You never know what ideas you came up back then will end up popping back up in the future for revisions.

Oh man, I am just as equally majorly pumped for Disneyland. It only makes sense for me to channel some of that excitement into this...and besides, it's been nearly a month since I posted anything.

Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. Some people seek justice so persistent, that they will do great injustice themselves.
Milhouse and Flounder just seemed to be a natural fit.
