Do you mean a Disney-fied Simpsons or a Simpsonized Disney? Either way, both are an excellent combination. Of course, Disney has been parodied multiple times on the show (the "Under the Sea" spoof being one of my very favorites).
I was thinking both, actually, but I've seen several pics with the Simpsons in other(Disney, anime) style, but I want to see now a Disney character in Simpsons style. And yes they are an excellent combination.
It would fun to see Disney spoofing the Simpsons
But a real spoof. With Disney humor and Simspons humor. Not something Shrek-like, because it's getting overrated.
Between that and the "*Genre* Movies" they keep spewing out, people don't seem to know how to make good parodies anymore.
Even in some new Simpsons episodes, they don't do good parodies too. They just stick Homer and Marge as the main characters in the spoofed show, even if Homer and marge are nothing like the characters (ex: thinking of Sweeney Todd now)
