Okie dokie, this is my submission for 
's Red Hair Dress contest.
The theme was rather open ended so I thought, hey, why not try a 1920's flapper-style dress...with fringes made of red hair!
I had a blast drawing and coloring in the hair fringes with the "Chicago" soundtrack to fuel it all.
Heh, she totally has this "Sorry dahling, no smokes for me tonight. No really, I might be sizzling but you don't want this dress to be singeing, trust me."
